Newly Formed Election Law Group Will Defend Election System

Atlanta, Ga.

(May 11, 2022) – Election attorney Bryan Tyson announced today the formation of a new company, the Election Law Group LLP (ELG). ELG will defend the election system with full-service counsel to individuals, governments, legislative, and executive parties involved in the political process, along with campaign finance advice to corporations and candidates.

“Today’s political arena requires a combination of the right knowledge and experience. The attorneys who make up the Election Law Group have spent decades in the inner-workings of election systems,” said Bryan Tyson, senior partner of ELG. “We are confident that experience will be used to provide the best service to clients.”

ELG consists of seasoned attorneys who are well-versed in all aspects of the political process. The team has assisted candidates, governments, and PACs involved in the political space. The members include:

  • Bryan Jacoutot focuses on civil litigation, appellate litigation, and government affairs. He primarily represents governments and elected officials in election matters involving constitutional law and claims made under the Voting Rights Act. He also represents clients in matters involving state and local election laws.
  • Loree Ann Paradise is a political law attorney focusing on election law, government affairs, and campaign management. Her background includes serving in key administrative roles with state and national officials, in addition to roles for a variety of Southeast and Midwest campaigns.
  • Bryan Tyson is an election lawyer, focusing on representing governments, candidates, and companies in election and campaign finance matters. He is currently leading the effort to defend Georgia’s election system as a Special Assistant Attorney General and advised multiple states on the process of redistricting in the 2021 cycle.

Jacoutot, Paradise, and Tyson will remain members of Taylor English Duma LLP.

ELG will offer clients services including campaign finance & compliance, election administration, and redistricting. The team’s goal is to ensure that election systems function as designed and intended with timely, creative, and quality services.
